PHOENIX — One of West Michigan’s Most Wanted fugitives was arrested in Arizona last month, caught by police living under a fake name. Larry Sharrone Smith, a.k.a. ‘Manuel Smith’, was arrested by officers on May 13. He has since been transported to Jackson, Michigan where he remains in custody. Smith had avoided arrest since violating his parole back in November 2007. His criminal history includes past convictions for assault, prison escape, larceny and breaking and entering.
