KENT COUNTY, Mich – The U.S. Marshals Western Michigan Fugitive Task Force is seeking tips in the continued search for a pair of parole violators with ties to the Kent County area. Ulisis Castro Martinez, 45, has avoided law enforcement since late April 2015 after serving time for prior convictions including resisting and obstructing police along with credit card theft.
