GRAND HAVEN, Mich – Federal authorities say one of the 24 suspects named by Silent Observer as a wanted domestic violence offender has been captured by the FBI Violent Crimes Task Force. John Sasser Seymour, 47, was arrested without incident in Grand Haven on Monday. Additional details of the arrest weren’t immediately disclosed.
