WEST MICHIGAN – A parole violator recently featured on West Michigan’s Most Wanted has been arrested in Detroit thanks in part to a viewer tip, federal authorities say. Ulisis Martinez, 45, was taken into custody by Michigan Department of Corrections Recovery Unit Officers and Detroit Police Department Officers on November 5. Martinez was arrested without incident according to investigators.
