WYOMING, Mich – The U.S. Marshals Western Michigan Fugitive Task Force has announced the arrest of a wanted domestic violence offender featured on West Michigan’s Most Wanted back in October. Zachary Kelman, 26, was taken into custody Tuesday morning at a home in the 2400 block of Lamar Avenue SW.
