GRAND RAPIDS, Mich – Federal authorities say a fugitive recently featured on West Michigan’s Most Wanted has been arrested after trying to give police a fake name to avoid his capture. Xavier Antonio Ross, 24, was arrested on December 6 after a traffic stop near Hall Street and U.S. 131 in Grand Rapids.
