BATTLE CREEK, Mich – A suspect wanted for attempted murder has been arrested in Battle Creek after a joint law enforcement operation on Monday. Charles D. Collins, who was wanted for attempted first-degree murder and aggravated battery, was found at a home on Merritt Street after several hours of surveillance.
