WEST MICHIGAN – The U.S. Marshals Western Michigan Fugitive Task Force is looking for tips in the continued search for a pair of West Michigan’s Most Wanted. Gerald Ray Wilkins, 59, has avoided arrest since violating his parole in early December. His record with the Michigan Department of Corrections details past convictions including felony assault, retail fraud, check fraud, credit card fraud, breaking and entering and smuggling contraband into a prison in the late 80’s.
