KENT COUNTY, Mich – Authorities have announced the arrest of two domestic violence suspects in connection to a Silent Observer campaign that’s running during Domestic Violence Awareness Month. Curt Jason Rounds, 23, was located and arrested in Grand Rapids on Wednesday based on a tip from Silent Observer.
