BATTLE CREEK, Mich – The Battle Creek Police Department is working with the Michigan State Police Fifth District Fugitive Team to find a fraud suspect who they’ve named their October fugitive of the month. Crystal Marie Caldwell, 21, is wanted on multiple felony fraud warrants and a felony probation violation. Caldwell is 5’2″, 115 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes.
